The Church of Satan
Life is
composed of evil and good, dark and light, black and white and Yin and Yang. We
are surrounded by many religions. The most numbers of believers are Roman Catholic,
Protestants, Islam, Christians and the list goes on. Churches are everywhere in
different sizes and origins. Members of each religion proudly say what church
they belong. But have you ever wonder, why all these churches seems to be
telling they are the real religion? They all seem from the “Light”. If so,
where is the dark one? Even though we can’t really say for sure that these
churches are the real “from the Light” there should be a counterpart for all
these.
Here are
the questions; if God has a church does Satan have too? Have you ever heard of
Church of Satan?
The answer is YES. There is a Church of Satan.
But don’t put your hopes on it expecting that it would be like any other

will like how they put this “..We don’t expect our members to agree on
everything, or even to “get along” with each other.” So that’s freedom right? While
every church teaches harmony and love each other especially love your enemies,
Church of Satan doesn’t give a shit.
The Church of Satan was established in 1966 which they also declared as the Year One, Anno Satanas by Anton Szandor LaVey.
Why Church
of Satan was established? The main goal of this group is to spread the philosophy
of Anton Szandor Lavey and to demolish the hypocrisy of those established religions. He is also the author of “The Satanic Bible”. The book with
272 pages was published in 1969 by publishing company Avon Books. The Satanic
Bible is the collection of essays, rituals and observation by Anton Szandor Lavey. It holds the core
principle of Satanism and the philosophy which are used by the “Church of Satan”.
